INTRODUCTION :

Welcome to Nanzo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and services, including print-on-demand t shirts , order fulfillment, and shipping (collectively, "Services"). By signing up with Nanzo.in  and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

 

In these Terms, references to "We," "Us," and "Our" refer to Nanzo. Please review these Terms carefully. If you have any concerns or do not agree with any part of the Terms, we recommend refraining from using the services.

At Nanzo, every product are made to order and prepared with care before being shipped to you. we work with trusted printing and delivery partners to get your order to you as safely and quickly as possible.

 

ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS :

To use our Services, you must meet the following criteria:

Age requirement:You must be at least 18 years old. Suppose you are below 18 years of age. In that case, you may use the Services under the supervision and with the legal consent of a parent or guardian, who will be responsible for entering into binding contracts on your behalf. In all cases, User affirms that User is over the age of 13, as the Nanzo is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Nanzo.

Legal Capability:You must have the legal capacity, either personally or through your parent/guardian, to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

Agreement to Terms:By registering and using the Services, you or your parent/guardian accept and agree to abide by these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Services to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

SERVICE DESCRIPTION & SCOPE :

Nanzo offers print-on-demand tshirts  order fulfillment services to buyers. This includes:

Order Fulfillment:supplier package and ship products on behalf of us(Nanzo) to their customers.

Delivery:supplier manage delivery through shipping partners as specified in our shipping policies.

These Terms apply to all activities associated with using our platform and Services.

 

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION :

To access our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, up-to-date information.

 

Account Responsibility:You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your bank details/contact information/password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Suspension:We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Account Creation:In order to access some features of the Nanzo, User must create an account. User is not authorized to use another person's account without their express written permission. When creating a Nanzo account, User must provide accurate and complete information. Although Nanzo will not be liable for User's losses caused by any unauthorized use of User's account, User may be liable for the losses of Nanzo or others due to such unauthorized use.

 

ORDERS & FULFILLMENT PROCESS :

Order Placement:Once your customer places an order on your Nanzo store/ you places an order on supplier dashboard, then supplier will handle the production and fulfillment. Orders are processed based on the information you provide.

Order Accuracy:It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the orders, including design placement, size, and shipping details..

Order Confirmation:You will receive an order confirmation when we receive your order. Changes to orders cannot be made once the order is taken for processing.

Fulfillment Timeline:Our standard production time is 1-6 days based on the product & printing options. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination & type of shipping mode you choose while placing an order. Nanzo is not responsible for 3rd party delivery delays, lost packages, or damage due to delivery partner.

Rush Order:AOP (All-Over Print) orders cannot be processed as rush orders. Any rush order fees paid for AOP orders are non-refundable.

In case of a sudden surge in rush orders, we'll prioritize them for same-day fulfillment. If we can't prepare your order for same-day dispatch, we'll refund the rush order charges.

 

PRICING, PAYMENTS, & BILLING :

Payment Terms:Payments for all orders must be made upfront. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc. All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified.

Shipping & DELIVERY :

We offer a variety of shipping options based on your customer's location. Shipping rates and delivery times are available in our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping:Orders within India may/may not be delivered within 2-9 days. If any event/natural disaster/other things may stop the shipping partner from delivering the orders to end customers.

Order Tracking:You will receive tracking details for each order once it is shipped. For India Post/Other courier providers may not update their tracking. In such cases, we only adhere to the shipping partners' final voice.:If there are issues with delivery due to incorrect shipping information, you are responsible for additional shipping charges.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS :

Return Policy:Custom products are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect in manufacturing or fulfillment. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Returns:Nanzo is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages.  Size exchanges or general returns/exchanges are not the responsibility of supplier and Nanzo must resubmit and pay for this type of order.

Refunds:Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 6 days of delivery with video proof, if you encounter any issues.

Order Cancellations:Once an order is processed. We may cancel orders at our discretion for reasons such as payment failure, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraud.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If the package is lost or damaged in transit, we can provide compensation based on the order value, as that is the amount we can claim.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY :

No Warranty:We do not guarantee that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our side.

INDEMNIFICATION :

You agree to indemnify and hold "Nanzo" harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

 

PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION :

Privacy Policy:Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE :

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

FORCE MAJEURE :

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
